Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop, own and drive strategies, campaigns and initiatives for designated regions and markets – to build consumer awareness, consideration, conversion – and loyalty.
• Establish branding and go-to-market identities. Primary focal areas: existing center development; new market/regional development; new center development
• Take a leadership role in deepening marketing relationships with joint venture partners, hospital teams and company functional areas such as sales, operations and PMO, to collaboratively deliver against new center launch plans and volume growth strategies.
• Initiate all marketing efforts for new market development and new center development with partners, both internally and externally. Work collaboratively with regional operations and sales leads to drive volume for existing centers. Monitor center performance and work proactively to impact any volume decline.
• Work closely with brand director, brand media manager and media planning agency on implementation of market plans and creative across all channels – including radio, direct mail, social and digital marketing.
• Follow and maintain best practices established in the go-to-market launch playbook
• Develop new tools and processes to drive efficiency, effectiveness and transparency for all stakeholders
• Develop all materials necessary to launch a new center – including patient and referring physician communications, sales collateral, awareness and directional signage, etc. Responsible for managing partners so they too deliver against stated goals and deadlines.
Requirements and Experiences:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. MBA is valued
• 6 to 10+ plus years of demonstrated healthcare or retail marketing leadership
• Demonstrated competency and results in B2C and B2B marketing
• Demonstrated results developing a business lead pipeline
• Healthcare, women’s or family industry marketing experience
• Extensive marketing experience in local marketing, digital, communications, broad marketing mix.
• Demonstrated results and commitment to performance measurement
• Leadership, problem solving, team building skills. Strategic thinker, is an effective communicator interpersonally and in formal settings
